“Recently, I had my first appointment at Valley Springs Dental. Upon arriving I was kindly greeted and asked to fill out paperwork. I was taken in right away and greeted by the friendly staff for X-rays, an evaluation, and a cleaning. Coming to the dentist usually is not a pleasant experience for me but, this changed it. I felt really comfortable and well taken care of. They explained everything thoroughly and even went as far as explaining my X-rays to me. He offers different options to provide the type of workout that fits one's needs the most. I personally like the program design because it gives me the freedom to do my workouts at my own pace individually. Also, the environment is always professional, members are respectful and we all share the same goal in mind: to get stronger and better. Coach Grier works with people from all walks of life so don't be afraid to ask. Sometimes it might be intimidating to do something new but it's worth the try!”

They took me in for a SAME DAY APPOINTMENT! & let me tell you it wasn’t only a consultation appointment, they address where my pain was coming from and did the work all within the hour of being there.
