Redinger Campground

Not for everyone, but if you like dry camping and boating, fishing, swimming, hiking, shooting, riding, like I do this is the place to go. No running water, a few miles from anything really,always quiet, restrooms at campgrounds, free,ohv riding allowed, shooting range just up the road from campground, the lake has fish I know cause I've caught them here, you can boat and find several hidden spots accessible by boat only. Me and my family love this place it's on our top 5 for sure.

Love it! People were pretty friendly and there was a perfect area for me to shoot my bow and arrow. There appeared to be a way to the water but I didn't go down. I just like the peaceful feeling of seeing the water and hillside. I also noticed a trail down the road and walking distance from the camp. I'll definitely be going back to check it out since I'm only an hour away. The road is tight but I was ok in my 26 foot RV (I wouldn't advise anything too much bigger than that).

There are just open space with restrooms. Lake has only boat ramp. No place with shore for swimming.

Beautiful place. Great scenery and a great lake to view. During winter, a bit further past the campsites is a beautiful seasonal waterfall. Makes a great picture!!!!

It was packed but it was pleasant. The people were nice and very respectful.
