My experience with Pioeneer was fantastic! We needed to have our house doors re-keyed because the keys had been lost. I called Nadav, the owner, in the morning and he made time for us several hours later and came out to take care of the job. He was friendly, professional, a fast-worker and has very good energy. Nadov is very friendly and efficient. Diagnosed our problems quickly and solved them just as quickly. I would definitely recommend and use him again.

Nadav was great. Showed up in the window he said he would. Called me 15 mins before he arrived as he said he would. The installation exposed a hole that wasn't previously visible which he told me would be the case and then when I wanted to proceed, he recommended the best way to fix the hole, which I did in no time flat. Great service all around.

I had a big problem getting a deadbolt that would fit a extra wide door, the locksmith came by twice before I finally found one online. He was really nice about it, I ended up learning more about the innards of a lock than I knew before. The deadbolt installation was quick and well done. Thanks so much!
