He was kind and patient giving me detailed explanations and clear instructions regarding my newly acquired hearing aids. He helped me to quickly replace the one I lost on the second day, fabricated custom ear buds for me and practiced their placement with me until I achieved a comfortable level of competence without making me feel like a complete klutz. He and Robin are outstanding in every way - making me feel welcome to call or come by the office to address any problem or question I had.
