(July 6, 2013, 4:09 pm)We stayed here from the 2nd to the 3rd of July. Initially our intent was to just go to Dillon Beach on Tuesday to escape the 113 degree heat in Vacaville. When we arrived the place was as you expect; clean and ready to be lived in. After a nice breakfast in that wonderful dining room with a view, we headed down to the beach. After making it to just Oceana Dr. we turned around and loaded everyone up in our vehicle and headed down to the pay for parking beach access. The distance isn't that far from the beach though the return trip to the house is up hill, if your carrying beach gear and other stuff of the sort I do recommend the very short drive vs the walk.
There is no cable/satellite here. Oh well, right. They do have a 3D television and 3D blu-ray player with glasses and movies. We found that having the windows open provided excellent indoor atmosphere. Though be sure to close them when the fog rolls in cause the temperature drops drastically at that point.
Overall the place is very comfortable and the scenery is amazing. I would recommend this house and this property company to anyone looking for a short getaway or even as a retreat for a beach day.
