(October 9, 2020, 5:06 pm)The work was to brick point, or fill in missing mortar. What I didn’t like most was that He Required a deposit to get on his schedule. He also Then took a long time to show up to do the work and was flaky until I posted a poor review. He took from May to October to even come out and we had to call him multiple times.
However, his work looks good and he cleans his work site daily. He found several cracks to fill in our brick mortar and filled them. He takes his time and does quality work. He was easy to work with as far as talking to him, but he could have given a more realistic start date to manage our expectations of the completion date.
I would recommend him, but warn that you need to get on his schedule early and follow up regularly.
