  Incredible views, amazing beauty! Visited during the winter, when everything is verdant... incredible sunsets, too!

  On the day the rain stops within the week, ladies and gentlemen, I welcome you to JURASSIC PARK. *Theme plays* The humid but crisp air, the ferns that overgrow beneath the forest floor, the staggering trees that remained dormant for centuries, this park awakes when the sun sets in the blanket of fog. All the nature here performs to the fares, I know you too will truly enjoy the park. Now please, gaze upon the photographs.

  Cool area, lots of little campgrounds around if that's your thing. I think most of them only charge about $4 a night. Unfortunately they don't have any free camping, and don't take kindly to just setting up in the woods. Be sure to hit up Meir woods if you visit.

  Loved the trails but the mountain roads with tight corners is a difficult drive to get there. Add in bikers along the narrow road... Ugh! We ended up at this state park because Muir Woods was full. Nice hiking trails. Not crowded. Enjoyed seeing the Mountain Theater! October 2018.
