  Called in Nov to schedule a service call. First available time slot 12/15 between 8 & 1 with tech calling 20 min before arrival.
  Kevin, our service tech, arrived well within his 20 min notification. He was fully masked, removed his shoes, spread a drop cloth to protect the carpet and went to work.
  We asked Kevin to discuss the advantages of adding a handheld remote control to allow us more flexibility in operating our fireplace and as a result of his informative presentation, we decided to add the remote.
  Kevin was very professional, polite and thorough in his job performance………
  a tech every potential customer hopes will show up! We feel 5 stars does not do justice to Kevin……..he’s a definite 8!

  The tech did a great job cleaning up our fire place, everything works great and looks great. Only thing that could improve is possibly a way to ventilate the area when they repaint in the back or warn us so we can open some windows. Over all the work was done great!!!

  Chris, the technician, was friendly and did a great job in getting my fireplace in top shape. Looks & works great. He also graciously showed me all the features on my unit. I would highly recommend Fireside.

  I’ve wanted to update my fireplace for many years. I finally took the plunge. I cannot say enough about the craftsmanship skills of the five talented men who worked as a team to give me my beautiful new fireplace! They were respectful of my home, answered all of my questions and created an incredible centerpiece for my home. It brings me joy to use my fireplace. Another point that impressed me is they made some recommendations that I didn’t need and saved me over $1000! Now that’s integrity in a business. Ken, my salesman, didn’t steer me wrong in choosing my materials either. He was absolutely correct! Thank you! I want to shout out to the electrician who came back to help me and really went out of his way. Thankful! A.
