I smoked every cigarette I had on the way to the appointment, even during my appointment I planned a stop at 7-11 to get some Indian spirits...the appointment ended I payed the money and left. It was only when I got home I realized I had driven right past the store, it didn’t even cross my mind! I didn’t have a craving after that which dispelled my belief that my addiction to cigarettes was physical. Haven’t smoked since 02-27-2007.
