  Hate to giving away my training secret, but when two solid weeks of smoke forced the Norcal riding community indoors, I committed to as many Pelo classes as my body could handle during that time, and just posted my season-best finish at the District CX Championships over the weekend. No matter your riding level, these classes are the real deal, but let's just make it our little secret until next season.

  Best studio cycling shop. Period. Kaiser M3 bikes rigged for power training. Excellent technology. Great music. Well trained and fun instructors.

  Love the power meters on bikes so you can use zone training. Love the data history! Great quality trainers and music system. TRX classes are great also.

  I really don’t like group classes. Typically, I mountain bike, run, Ski and play squash. My wife is injured and we can’t run together, so we changed over to spinning classes. I’ve done 20 spinning classes in three different locations with 7 different instructors. Pelo instructors are really good, the music is great, bikes are smooth and their proprietary software combined with the for mentioned makes for a heart pounding class. I pushed myself harder than in any other class setting. The only issue is that we were on vacation and there’s no Pelo in Seattle! Awesome place for a great work out.

  Great fun, more than a spin studio, they care about your whole well-being. Excellent music tracks with the that really work with the instructors pace. They also take great care in making sure the bike is perfectly adjusted to you.
