  J'adore Tam Crossfit! I have been there both as a drop in and as a member. The coaches are really knowledgeable and the members are friendly. It's a huge facility. The neighborhood is sketchy, but the best crossfit boxes always are in sketchy neighborhoods.

  I've been working out at Tam Crossfit for about three years now and I absolutely love it. Staff is very professional & knowledgeable and the size of the box is perfect (Not too small like other CF boxes in the area). Workouts and instructions are also well designed; most days I end up on the floor panting but wanting more, yet I've never been hurt, or have been pushed over my limits. I highly recommend this place and I even go there with my wife and kid to simply socialize during certain tournament days or open WOD season.

  I started at Tamalpais CrossFit a year and a half ago and can honestly say my life has changed because of it. The coaches are encouraging, supportive, and positive giving me the drive to try my hardest. I have met some of my closest friends at Tamalpais Crossfit and it has become a second home to me. I cannot say enough good things about this gym!

  I’ve been at TCF for almost 2 years and I can’t say enough about how much I love this place. It fosters a community of people all looking to support one another, no matter their athletic ability. The coaches are fantastic, working with everyone to match their needs. I love the variety of the worksouts too. I no longer dread going to the gym, but actually look forward to seeing all the people there and to actually workout.

  Dropped in while working in town this week and had a great workout. Really good coaching and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a place I would happily recommend and will be glad to come back to next time i am in town
