(February 16, 2018, 6:15 pm)Stopped for a lunchtime picnic with the family. It was deserted so we had a thr run of the place. We picked a turnout with 4 or 5 picnic tables scattered throughout the grass so there were always tables in the sun with a few in the shade. We sat right above the bay at low tide. The kids loved seeing the shore birds look for food and had fun looking for bugs. We even befriended a couple of early ladybugs.

(June 23, 2017, 11:32 am)Nice views, near water. Good place to view moonrises. Recently, both sides of street have been closed to parking. I'm contacting the City of San Rafael to find out if this can be changed.
