A doctor anchored in holistic wellness, that encourages me to change the aspects of my lifestyle that are inhibiting my health. Together we work to level out my blood sugar, balance hormones, regain homeostasis in the gut. These are all things I have been going to doctors to seek advice on for 15+ years and I never felt heard.
