“Air conditioning went out over the weekend Fairway was there first thing Monday morning technician Caiden was very professional and knowledgeable about our situation, diagnosed the problem and recommended some key upgrades that will prolong our system. The only reason a 5 star review wasn’t given was due to the unprofessionalism of the dispatch sectary callings and rushing the technician to complete a job which was very uncalled for when he is completing a job to satisfy a customer, other than that Caiden did a exceptional job!!”

“We have been in Marin for 3 years now and just recently moved to Madera Valley Apartments. Housing in Marin is beyond crazy and we were delighted to find this little slice of heaven to call home. We are tucked up on a hill but close enough to 101 for an easier commute into the city and still close enough to enjoy great shops and restaurants within a refreshing walking/biking distance. Our unit is well laid out for a family of four and we enjoy the view and the pool! (So you do not think this is a paid endorsement, there are a few things that we have had to adjust to like no in-unit washer/dryer and limited parking BUT even those inconveniences are out weighed by all the other things we are loving about living here. Plus, Madera Valley does have great clean on-site laundry facilities. I have just been spoiled but now finding it is not as big of a hassle as I thought it would be, so again the Pros out weigh this "con". Lastly, we appreciate the wonderful staff we have had the pleasure of working with and getting to know. Thank you Nicole, Donnie and Georgina! We love coming home!”

When it came to selling the home, Renee was very very aggressive (in a good way) with the buyers. We were expected $1,250,000, but she got us an extra $75k on top of that with a non-contingent offer. Right before that, she also told us how many buyers would come through, how many offers there would be, how much she expects to sell it for, and the exact date when the property should go on the market and she was right every single time. When it came to escrow, Renee was in control at every step and even after escrow. When the buyer had some ridiculous requests, Renee knew exactly what to say and she crafted every response and message to perfection.
