Napa Premium Outlets

Excellent outdoor shopping mall with good variety of mid- to high- end stores. Good bargains to be had too. Lots of parking with easy on/off from Highway.

Went to a few stores here. The people working at Banana Republic and Clark's Shoes were wonderful and very helpful. Loved the stuff we got too!

The Kate Spade at Napa Premium Outlets store was excellent! The manager and sales team were excellent! I had a damaged item and they were able to exchange it, no questions asked. Everyone was so hospitable and helpful. I will definitely be back to this location!

Always changing, close to others shops, prices reflect current trends. Clerks have dumped the attitudes for happiness to work? Cool. It's about time. I looked at my watch, it took 8 years since last time. The bathrooms were clean, the store floors were clean in a rainstorm, and there were sales!
