  Best work out you can get in just 30 min! The positive energy and motivation you get from the coaches keeps you pushing through. I would recommend for all levels!

  I joined fit body about a year ago and it has been awesome. I love how different the work outs are each day. They are always upbeat and fun which makes the time go by fast. For only being 30 minutes long I know I’m greating a great workout since I usually am drenched in sweat by the time I leave. I’ve also made some amazing friendships while being there. It’s like my second family! Do yourself a favor and try it out. You won’t be sorry! Coach Omar will keep you laughing and keep you motivated.

  I am 87 pounds and eight clothing sizes smaller as of February 17, 2018. I've never seen these kinds of results in such a short period of time. After a 28-day challenge beginning September 12, 2016, I was so convinced that I would be successful that I became an annual charter member on October 1, 2016. I am looking forward to continually improving my fitness for the rest of my life.

  Started only 3 weeks ago as a part of a challenge... And it has completely changed how I feel about exercise, my health and myself. Coach Andre brings such energy to the early (5:20am) workouts and it is just contagious. I leave with a sore body, but a smile on my face. Coach Laura has helped me change how I see myself and made me believe, truly believe, that I can do this and that I'm worth it. I feel so strong and having lost 7lbs isn't bad either. Go, if you are thinking about joining, just go do it!!!

  I recently had 2 total knee replacements and decided to join Fit Body Boot Camp with their free trial and loved it. I signed up for the Small Group Personal Training Program and my Personal Trainer Kevin is wonderful!!!! I have been going for 3 weeks and loving it. I'm already feeling stronger it used to hurt to walk and bend my knees, it's amazing the difference it has made in such a little amount of time. For the first time I actually enjoy going to exercise. The personnel at Fit Body Boot Camp has been great they have all been so nice and helpful I would highly recommend this program. #FBBCLoveLottery
