Great selection of bikes and gear, staff is very friendly and knowledgable.

Duke is the hardest working shop owner in Napa, and very knowledgeable. He personally checks ever bike that's tuned or repaired, and nothing rolls out of the shop that is less than perfect. The high end rental fleet is kept well tuned and very current, and the putt around town rentals are comfortable and have a large range of sizes. The shop is located very conveniently downtown, just a quick ride away from the Vine Trail

My husband and I are new to road biking and the team at Napa River Velo went above and beyond to find us bikes we felt comfortable riding and met our budget. They've been extremely helpful in getting us equipped- from information on how to operate, ordering items that we're looking for, and installing them on our bikes. We've been in the shop several times for various gear and they've always delivered excellent customer service. Their knowledge and willingness to help is apparent, and we feel that we are in good hands. We highly recommend their store and services and appreciate having such an honest and expert team to support us in our new hobby.
