(September 19, 2021, 4:25 pm)We did have dirt that could not come into California. (in potted plants). We had no idea. The plants were ok but not the dirt. Moving to California from Indiana. Ortiz, our border agent was great. He explained what the inspection was for and what they were looking for. (we asked a ton of questions) and helped
unport the plants and remove the soil so we could keep them. He was very kind and professional. We appreciated the information and help and then we were quickly on our way.
(July 17, 2021, 5:11 pm)Great experience! Our friends car broke down and they let him park until we got there and then AAA. They brought us water and offered to let us use their bathroom. It was nice while we were there for quite some time.
