  I want to thank Linda Satter of Mnet Financial, for all of her help.
  I had a surgery back in 2016, that my insurance company should have paid for.
  Baylor Orthopedic and Spine of Arlington Texas, did not care. The only thing they wanted to know, was how was I going to pay the $10,709.06. They had no advice or help to offer at all.
  They sent my file to collections. And by luck, the lady with Mnet was Linda Satter.
  She wanted to know all of the details...she wanted to help. She advised me of what I needed to do, and explained the situation to me. I got off of the phone with her and got to work on Humana. They tried to stone wall me and say the procedure was out of network. But Linda had already coached me on that.
  Bottom line...I received the EOB today and Humana paid the bill!! Many thank yous to Linda Satter. I can't believe it's the collections lady that helped me out.
