Keith Hatch was a godsend in the midst of hopelessness. I had an insurance case with my HOA where they and the insurance adjuster were difficult to work with and caused many delays. I had fronted a lot of money for the expenses to fix everything but it had almost been a year since the incident and everything was at a standstill. Keith stepped in one day, heard my side, and immediately did everything he could to help me out. Within a week, he was able to get everyone on the same page and finalize the final steps of my case. I am very grateful for Keith and he would be my go-to guy in the future.
It seems like a few homeowners with individual claims reached out to LaBarre that handles the master policies. The individual, HO-6, carrier will lead on the water damage claim which can then be subrogated against the master (represented by LaBarre / Oksnee). Hence the delay in a few of the cases. Labarre is the broker, not the carrier. I say this as an insurance professional that competes against them. Seems like some confused reviews but no shocking, insurance is usually frustrating for all. This firm does had a well-earned great reputation. When you are the largest HOA brokers, insuring millions of units, there will of course be the .01 that felt wronged.
