Barcelona Resort Apartments

I enjoy to stay in Barcelona apartments so much and I really thing is the best teams working at the maintenance office. I am here since more than 10 years and they always try to fix everything in the same day. I don't want to go anywhere else.

We spent a year in Barcelona Resort Apartments. It was a pleasant stay but it could have been even more pleasant had I known about a few important pieces of information.
The highlight of this apartment complex for us was the location, right near the Aliso Viejo Town Center (1 mile from the center of complex). We were happy that the complex has easy access to the 73 Toll Road. We also liked that Barcelona Resort Apartments sit right above the Aliso Viejo Community Park and the Aliso Viejo Ranch (1 mile from center of complex). It is a lovely walk and has great playgrounds if you have little ones. (There are no playgrounds in the complex.) We enjoyed all of the turf areas specifically for dogs inside the complex. This is a very dog friendly complex. We also enjoyed the generous sized patios and the in-unit washer and dryer hookups.
I offer a word of caution about the second and third floor units. The stairwell and upper-level walkways prohibit moving large furniture and appliances. Barcelona withholds this information from their potential tenants. I had my first clue to the problem after I signed a lease. Barcelona recommends T&T Appliance Rentals for refrigerators and washers and dryers. T&T let me know that I was ineligible for their 22cf refrigerator because I was on an upper floor in Barcelona. They can only fit their medium sized refrigerator, 65″H x 28″W x 32″D, through the stairwell and upper walkway. I later figured out on moving day that this means a queen-sized box springs, 60”x 80” does not fit in the stairwell. It also means that 6’ dining tables, sofas, and Cal king headboards do not fit in the stairwell. The stairwell landings, as I measured, are 87”H x 86”W x 36”D and the walkway to the front door narrows to 30” wide. When calculating what will fit, don’t forget to add in the dolly wheel height. T&T Appliance Rental also let us know that these limitations also go for the Milan and Naples townhome-style units at Barcelona due to their internal stairwells being narrow with a low ceiling. So if you have large furniture or a full sized refrigerator, choose a first floor, single level unit. The upper units and townhomes are best reserved for people with smaller furniture and smaller appliances.
Another piece of advice to best take advantage of Barcelona Resort Apartments is to hire B&C Moving, a local Aliso Viejo company who is accustomed to navigating the poorly designed stairwells and walkways. Their guys are really strong and careful with your belongings.
So wait for a first floor unit to open up and live at Barcelona Resort Apartments for the location, the nice tenants, the 1 mile walk to parks and shopping, and the dog turf. Enjoy the pools, gym, basketball court and tennis court and enjoy your large patio. This can be a really delightful place to live if you plan ahead and if you are informed.

I took advantage of the low cost condo nightly sleepovers for family, friends, business connections and clients. I used the event space for parties and business events.
Yes, rent was $$$$ and deposit !$$$$$$$ and the income verification and required minimum amount I felt should be unlawful.
Yet, I played tennis 🎾, used the gym 🏋️ and mostly enjoyed the junior Olympic pool and the smaller dive pool with hot tub.
