(March 11, 2018, 7:28 pm)I scheduled a hearing test at Brea Center that was long overdue. I got great news through a very professional evaluation. And then I found out the evaluation was free. I highly recommend Brea Hearing Center on Central in Brea.

(February 9, 2018, 3:12 pm)Julie is wonderful and so is her staff! After a very thorough exam and in-depth dialogue regarding my needs, Julie made her recommendations. I sampled a pair of hearing aids, and she made adjustments according to my concerns.
Unfortunately, to save money, I decided to purchase from Costco. The service there varies widely as individuals are transfered to different stores. Some are knowledgeable, but others have been inadaquately trained, or have inferior customer service skills. I have returned to the store repeatedly to seek help, but the service and level of care are disappointing. and I am now so dissatisfied with the performance of my hearing aides that I often choose NOT to wear them! What a fool I was!
So, a big "Thank You" to ANAHEIM HEARING CENTER, and to the amazing Julie Ball, for your quality service and tender loving care. I hope to see you again! -
