Notebook Avenue

I have a Dell Laptop that is 7 years old. I called Dell for some help on the sound card. Dell told me just buy a new computer and they would not help me.
I found Notebook Avenue and called, I spoke to the Technician, he told me to bring it in and he would look at it. I less than 3 hours it was fixed he also cleaned it, it looked like new.

My newly bought Lenovo was having some battery issue, so spoke to Lenovo and they recommended me to this place.

Since I had to go on a trip with this laptop the day after, I had to get it fixed ASAP. They were very polite and helpful, told me they will look into my laptop right away and once I drop off they will back to me with-in the next hour.

(It hasn’t been an hour yet, so will continue my review once I get the call.

Took care of my warranty case. Great experience.

They repaired my Lenovo desktop computer in a timely manner and for a fair price. They even refunded me almost half of the initial amount paid after learning a suspected repair was not needed. The technician went over the repairs and answered my questions. He even helped me troubleshoot a problem with my laptop free of charge.
