  I've seen Dr. Effron for years, and I'm extremely grateful to have her as my dermatologist. I live in Lancaster, Ca. and a few years ago, after I first moved here, I had an underarm rash that wouldn't heal. I went to dermatologists here in town and they could not find the cause or a cure and it just got worse. I finally went back to Dr. Effron and she took one look and said " you're allergic to the medicine they're giving you". She prescribed something else and I was cured. By that time I hardly had any skin left on my arm pits. Thank you Dr. Effron!!

  Dr. Cheryl Effron saved my life! Not in the literal sense but within seconds she diagnosed me with a skin condition called Rosacea.
  
  I was fortunate to have recently made a friend that has been in pharmaceutical sales for several years. He is not a doctor but his opinion to me was that I had rosacea, I didn't want to believe him and asked him who in the area would he recommend as a dermatologist for me to get help with my skin, he recommended Dr Cheryl Effron.
  
  I quickly made an appointment to see her at her office in Anaheim Hills and was not disappointed in the service that I received. To this day I still use the daily regimen she provided to me and have been doing so since 2010 this helps to keep my rosacea condition as manageable as it can. Unfortunately it's not a condition that goes away.
  
  When I finally got to see her, she explained everything I needed to know about my condition, in great detail she developed a treatment plan which her assistant wrote down for me in a pre-made form. Detailing the prescriptions I was to use, when I was to use them and how I was to use each. I've never seen or know of a doctor to physically hand you word per word instructions on a piece of paper on how your treatment is supposed to be done, unless you have the flu or some other contagious infection.
  
  She is also knowledgeable on what medication to prescribe that is not overly expensive and if it is a prescription that is too expensive for you, you can always ask her to suggest some other medication that will work with your budget. I was fortunate that at first we tried some of the least expensive prescriptions available in the market and as time went on we moved into higher priced medications that were a million times better at managing my condition and was partially covered by my insurance yet within my budget.
  
  She carried her own line of over the counter products that I tried but found they were still to harsh on my skin and on my journey to better skin I found some over the counter lotions and sunblock more responsive.
  
  If I have any future issue or know of anyone that needs a extremely knowledgeable Dermatologist, I would recommend Dr Effron in a heart beat!
