Brian and his team made sure we felt comfortable from day one and offered advice throughout both the real estate search and loan processing steps of the journey. Our real estate search included tours of several homes over the course of several weeks and Brian went above and beyond to meet us at each property and walk us through the details of each house. Once we found our forever home Brian made sure we understood every part of the loan process to make us feel comfortable throughout the journey. He was incredibly attentive, patient, always available whether by phone or email, and found us lots of homes that fit our requirements and were within our budget. His knowledge of the neighborhood and surrounding cities and school districts gave us great insight. And his ability to get us pre-approved helped our process move very smoothly. Brian was very helpful in explaining each part of the home buying process, and his expertise makes him very knowledgeable in helping his clients make the best financial decisions.

Brian is absolutely relentless in his efforts and has, without question, the most tireless work ethic of anyone you will find in the industry. Regardless of what day or time it is, Brian was always responsive to our every inquiry or thought. I can say with absolute confidence that without his efforts, we would not have been blessed with the purchase of either of the properties he secured for us. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly, beyond trustworthy and of the utmost integrity. Having employed his services as both an agent and loan broker twice now, I will never go to anyone other than Brian for the purchase of a home, or securing any kind of loan.
I don’t know if you can really put into words how much easier this entire process is when your realtor is also your lender. Brian was incredibly knowledgeable about the process, the market, and the requirements for securing the mortgage that we needed. He made priceless recommendations that in the long run will undoubtedly end up saving my wife and I thousands of dollars. Brian was relentless and incredibly detail-oriented when it came time to collect all of our information, and stayed on top of us from the start. In the beginning of the process, he asks that you send him as much information as possible, but once those first few days are over with, Brian basically takes care of the entire process himself. I never imagined that buying a house could be as easy and painless as it was going through Brian.
