I had a pleasure to meet Dr. Shivali at OC Vitality. I came from Chicago for a professional training.

Dr. Shivali is an incredible Dr. of Acupuncture and Functional Medicine. She took a great time to take my medical history, reviewed my labs and give me recommendations. We become a team to finalize my short and long term goals.

Dr. Shivali Panchal has single-handedly cured my irregular digestion and bloating! OC Vitality is honestly the best! I am highly thankful to have found Dr.'s Shivali and Gruer. Never have I felt more understood, comfortable, and listened to in my life, it's truly refreshing. For the first time in over 15 years I found a doctor willing to dive deeper into my chronic IBS issues and help me understand what was happening to me. I suffered from chromic insomnia for over 30 years. My niece recommended I see Dr. Shivali, and I admit that I was skeptical! I thought there is no way alternative medicine could make a difference, but I was willing to give it a chance.

Dr. Shivali met with me and after a detailed discussion about my situation and my health background, suggested a plan of treatment which included acupuncture, light therapy and supplements. I was shocked when after just a few treatments I started to notice improvement. That improvement has continued, and I can happily say that I seldom have a problem getting to sleep and staying asleep! It feels like a miracle!
