  Greg and his team are outstanding professionals! They know how to get the best of your body! The place is well maintained and the spirits are always high and positive! I highly reccomend!

  Clean, many different machines, equipment, located in a smaller shopping plaza, so it's easy to miss, but a shame because people there are friendly, knowledgeable, and motivational.

  Come give this place a try if you want trainers who care about you and aren’t intimidating (but are still so effective). The classes are really fun and the gym is a great environment. You’ll leave sweaty and sleep like a baby after the boot camps

  Great place and trainers . Greg is awesome and his training method is very effective. After just 12 sessions 3 weeks I lost over 4 lbs, my waist reduced from 33.25 to 31 .Body fat from 17.7 % to 15.6%. I’ll definitely come back.

  Better Body Bootcamp is awesome!! I love that they use a variety of equipment and time intervals to provide a great workout! I always walk away feeling accomplished and the time flies by because of the design of the workout. The trainers are friendly and will challenge you for the level you are at. The people are friendly and are at all levels of fitness. The gym is clean. This is the best total body workout I've found in years!
