  Attended the Stone Sour concert on Dec. 11.
  Great new look, fantastic vibe, only thing I have to complain about is the fact that there is NO COFFEE!!! Some of us are attending after a 16 hour work day & some of us are designated drivers. Coffee should be a staple at any bar, PERIOD!!
  
  Aside from that, I was very pleased with the staff, they were beyond helpful: My app stopped working and my tickets were GONE! I went to the ticket counter & Jessica & Danielle were AMAZING!!! They helped me with my tickets and made a stressful event calm & serene. I truly hope that HOB realizes what AMAZING staff they have as Jessica & Danielle are true assets to their venue as they are friendly, kind and really know the true meaning of customer service.
  
  Thank you Jessica & Danielle, it's because of employees like you that I will return. :D

  Company had a huge Holliday party. Great time was had by all. The Food was amazing 10 outta 10 you have got to try their pretzel balls. Wow what a great time. My boss even got on stage to perform. Great show, fun environment and the people that worked our event were on top of service.

  Hands down one of the best venues I've been to in California in a long time!!! I'm pregnant and came to a metal show and upon walking up to only ask a question about eating at the restaurant and getting into the concert with no issues they realized I had a large issue so to speak and offered us the ADA area so I could sit and be safe while watching the band. I didn't ask nor was expecting this but it made a huge impression and made me very thankful and appreciative that their staff went the extra mile to make sure a guest coming into their venue was safe no matter the issue. Sitting in the ADA/VIP area was amazing and they had a server the whole night checking in on everyone there making sure we all had drinks and food throughout!! At the end they even scored more points in trying to help my husband and I find his wedding ring he lost while trying to go into the mosh pit!!! This venue and their staff I believe are one in a million!!!

  Food and service were good. Great happy Hour specials. Outstanding steak, potatoes and jalapeno cornbread! Our first time back since they moved from Downtown Disney. Just not the same feel.

  I took off a star because there was no place to sit. We went to a free Great White show. After a while we paid $50 each to upgrade to VIP and sit down. Boy, it was worth it. Great sound system there. The food was pretty good too. Had two sliders and a red bull. Very tasty. VIP includes all upstairs which was sold out at the time so we were seated downstairs with an awesome view. VIP gets a private restroom as well. No line. And a mint, guy hands you a towel. Toss him a tip? Sure! It's VIP!
