(July 6, 2023, 11:46 pm)We rented a scooter from them for the second time recently. I can't say enough good things. I've never had an issue with a scooter, the batteries definitely last. On our first visit, our hotel wasn't near by. They allowed me to bring it back every night where they charged it for me and had it ready to go every morning.
I'll definitely be renting from them again in the future.
(April 26, 2023, 4:27 pm)I had called to rent a scooter for Saturday April 22nd. Spoke to a very very polite and friendly lady named Sophia. She explained everything in detail of how to rent and return the scooter. The day I went to pick up the scooter there was a gentleman and a lady there which provided me with very very good service. Very friendly people. The scooter performed to my expectations perfectly. I was kind of worried about the battery going out but let me tell you that battery did not budge one notch down. It stayed fully charged the whole time in Disneyland. I will be using them again. Thank you Sophia for your great customer service and to the two people that helped me in the morning. Thank you very much!
(April 21, 2023, 11:47 pm)We rented a standard wheelchair for 3 days for Disneyland and it was a great experience. I will definitely go back for future rentals. It is nice that you can take the rental to your hotel and outside the parks.
