Anaheim Portofino Inn & Suites

Theresa was an absolute angel. Amazing customer service, and other staff were happy and friendly. We always stay here when visiting Disneyland. Great for families.

Verenice at the front desk was exceptionally helpful in accommodating our needs. My wife and I checked in on Monday and our son and his family were coming on Wednesday. We had asked for a room on one of the upper floors and for it to be close to our family. She got us on the top floor next door to our family. 🤩
Verenice was very professional and so easy to work with. She even had us laughing which was a lot for two senior citizens that had been in a car for the last four and a half hours.

Great location-walking distance to Amaheim convention centre. Nice to have bunk beds for kids, but beds not too comfortable. Room cleanliness not great. A/C unit super dusty. Bathrooms could have been cleaner. Wasn't expecting housecleaning during our stay, but beds made, fresh towels a couple of times was appreciated. Always prefer breakfast to be included with hotel stay. Luckily Costco not too far away.

Very friendly staff, spacious rooms with fridge, and ADA room had roll in shower with shower bench and shower handle in the middle (thank you!!) vs at the wrong end of the shower. We had a convention, so great walking distance to that. Also nearby to Starbucks.
Needed maintenance for the AC and they came quickly and solved the issue.
