  The staff was so friendly! We stayed for eight nights and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The room was always kept clean, everything was restocked nicely, and the breakfast was pretty good. Lots of different varieties, and always warm. We had the family suite and it was perfect! Great size and very comfortable. Also loved the pool and hot tub! Would definitely recommend! This is the place to stay for a good price and amazing service!

  We stayed in a queen room with kid bunk beds for 7 nights while we experienced universal studios and Disneyland. The space of the room was perfect for our family of 4. Staff were welcoming and very helpful, and the buffet breakfast was great. Pool and hot tub where a nice treat too.
  Room decor is slightly dated and a little warn, but rooms were clean and comfortable. We used the city shuttle bus to get us to and from Disneyland, which was very affordable, and pick up was right outside of the hotel. It’s only a 15 minute walk to the park.
  I would highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a little extra space, not having to worry about breakfast, and somewhere to unwind after a looooong day at Disney!

  We had a group of 8 and stayed in one of the family suites with two bathrooms. The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. We were on the top floor, so noise was not much of an issue for us. All of the beds were comfortable, including the pull out sofa bed. Bed linens are thin, but provided enough warmth. The room was clean and kept well stocked with towels and toiletries. More towels were delivered quickly when requested.
  We also enjoyed the decent sized heated pool and hot tub.
  The breakfast was fine for a hotel breakfast. Nothing too remarkable, and no variation day to day, but a decent variety.

  We LOVE this hotel and use it for every Disney trip. The family suites are amazing (love having a private room and the kids having their own space), you can literally walk to the toy story shuttles (so you save on parking) and the FREE breakfast is so good! They offer all the choices for breakfast (waffles pancakes, yogurt, oatmeal, tons of toppings, cereal, breads, pastries, sausage, hard boiled eggs, country potatoes, egg whites, ETC) so all of my picky eaters are satisfied. The kids love the heated pool and hot tub! Oh and it is always super clean.

  The rooms here have good layouts that can sleep larger families. My room sleeps 6 and we are a family of 5 so if fit us perfect. This place even provides breakfast! which is a huge plus for a family trip. The only downside to my trip was the mattress I slept on, it dipped in the middle and made for a rough sleep. I definitely recommend this hotel for Families because of the overall value.
