Cali Coast Shutters was absolutely amazing. We had them come over to the house, didn't have to wait long. We wanted to do a group of windows first and make a final decision on others later down the road. Not only did they listen to every one of our concerns, they answered honestly and never pressured us to add on to "save" in bulk or get a better brand. This is the most honest company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

Bought new roller shades from Cali Coast, they made it very easy. Rich came out for a free measure. His shades he brought with made it easy to picture them in our windows. Install was a few weeks later, he was quick and didn’t make a mess. Was thankful they were affordable. I would highly recommend them.

Rich is the best!! He was super responsive, positive, and professional. I ordered my shades around the same time as my new windows. Unfortunately, my window contractor delayed our work far past our scheduled install date and rich was incredibly flexible and held on to my shades until our project was completed. He even came back a month after my first two shades were installed to put in the last one. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for someone who will truly make you feel taken care of.

We purchased a total of 7 window coverings from Rich when we remodeled our home and we are happy with ALL of them. He and one of his installers did a great job on all of our shutters, including a bay window. He personally did a great job installing all of our roller shades including an automated roller shade on a 12 foot wide slider/ window combo. Pricing was very reasonable; I definitely feel like we got a lot of bang for our buck. He showed a lot of patience to answer all of my questions during the install. What stood out most to us, and led me to write this review was when we had issue with one of our remotes for the automated shade. He personally came out within 48 hrs, brought us a new remote and reprogrammed everything. Then he checked up a couple days and a week later to make sure everything was as working well. It's hard to find that level of customer service this day in age.
