They were very friendly and easy to schedule with. I got a used couch, that was pretty much disgusting. I called and asked for an appointment and they were able to get me in the next day. They were very quick in their responses and communicated when they were on the way for my appointment. The service was quick and got all the dirt and smells out of the couch. Very happy with the experience. Would highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about Jacob and this company. They came and cleaned my stairwell, living room rug, dining room rug, and the grout in my kitchen which was FILTHY and completely black and they made everything look like it was brand new and just installed. Their work is incredible and I am so impressed!! Extremely fair pricing, prompt and on time, very efficient and got the job done very quickly, just absolutely excellent. I recommend Jacob 100%. Very reasonable pricing and excellent work. Carpet and tile look like they were literally just installed and rugs look brand new. Thank you so much! We were considering replacing our carpeting and buying new rugs and now we don't have to!! We will always use you for our carpet and grout cleaning needs.

Another cleaner, looking at the picture of the rug on the stairs, wasn't sure if he'd be able to get them as clean as I wanted because photos will be taken by photographers for the house sale. Jacob looked at them and said it would be no problem as he uses a truck mounted system that injects water at 220 degrees for the cleaning. The vacating tenant had cleaned the carpet himself because he hadn't looked at the lease that forbids that. Jacob showed me the water going into the toilet bowl as it exited and it was absolutely black despite the "cleaning" that the rental equipment the tenant had used in his cleaning. Needless to say, the carpets were completely clean throughout. Jacob was a pleasure to deal with and I now have his number for all future work.

OC House Beautiful did a great job cleaning our sofas and pillows. They showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up before they left. Everything dried quickly and my sofas and area rugs look great!!! Also, I had to call them back out about a week later because one of my dogs peed on the rug and they didn’t turn down such a small job. They texted me when they were on their way, cleaned the rug again and told me how I could handle a small incident like that myself if I wanted to instead of paying to have it done. I really appreciated their honesty and helpfulness! Super friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone!!!
