I’ve never had and “issue” with Bill Ray Nissan Service Department until last time I was there. First with the good: they were always quick, they don’t hassle you to get unnecessary services done, the employees are truly experts. Back to my “issue”. My appointment for my oil change was at 3, I had to wait around for about 10 minutes with no employees in sight. Finally once I caught the attention of a cashier, who mentioned the employees were taking a late lunch and would be back soon... at 3 PM... Once the employees in charge of my car showed up they seemed nonchalant and didn’t apologize for the wait. Nevertheless I will be back because I feel like they do know what’s best for my car. Just hoping I won’t have this same experience next time.

I brought my 2014 Nissan Armada in last week and Daryl Driver in the service dept was a TREMENDOUS help!!! I needed a well overdue oil change and left with a nail removed from my tire as well, due to his thorough check of my vehicle. He was extremely kind and professional, and was also very responsive! I've had less than ideal experiences there for service in the past, but they have clearly upped their game and I couldn't be more pleased with how this visit went. Way to go Bill Ray, I've been a customer for 12 yrs and will continue to use your superior services, based on my recent experience with Daryl!!!!
