Called Roto-Rooter this afternoon and the call was answered immediately. They had my information saved from a previous call, so they dispatched a plumber quickly. Joaquin came over less than two hours later and was able to diagnose my issue and begin working on it. He was a true professional and a pleasure to work with. I was really in a pinch to get my toilet flushing before guests checked in. They called to re-notify of arrival time , were very respectful and through and had clean shoes that didn't leave any dirt anywhere. Great guys. Felt they were honest and straightforward. Thank you so much!
