Greatest service I have ever had! First time i have been here and it was worth it.

My Epson R1800 was not performing properly. I thought it was time to replace it but first I called numerous repair places hoping to find one with the experience to handle it. It’s not a normal printer. Larry at CSA took care of the printer and when it was returned I was surprised that it worked as if it was brand new. I am so happy with his service and reliability.

My Printer HP L7680 didn't print after paper jam. I called the office for help. I was instructed to do a few steps beginning with checking the printer to make sure there was no more paper stuck in the feed tray or the roller till the last step was turn off & replugged it. IT'S WORKING WELL NOW & I LEARNED A LOT. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!

My old computer system has WIN 7.Last year they upgraded to WIN 10 before the free S/W expired. They did the maintenance, install some useful & interesting app. IT RUNS REAL FAST NOW & I ENJOY these new app. Thanks

My printer HP had papers pickup problem (multiple pages at a time). The store fixed it up while I was waiting in my car reading an ebook. Within an hour I got it fixed, really clean with reasonable charge. It's still working well now. Thanks so much for helping save time & $$...
