(May 13, 2020, 9:01 pm)When I arrived in need of front end alignment the shop manager on duty explained actual cost of the work and got me right in a service bay. They corrected my alignment problem, made sure my tires were properly inflated and pointed out and showed me my rack and pinion was loose due to bushings holding the assembly in place were damaged due to transmission fluid leaking on them. They gave me a quote to replace the damaged bushings.
The staff is professional, service done and needed is done with complete transparency and helpful courtesy. Thank you Allen Tire Company on Harbor -

(November 23, 2019, 11:34 am)These guys clearly know what they're doing, they'll show you the part(s) that are causing your issue and explain to you what exactly is going on with your vehicle. Sadly not many places do that anymore, so when they explained to me that my brake pads weren't placed correctly in the calipers and that was the cause of an annoying chirping sound whenever I pressed the brakes it was a relief knowing I wasn't being sold services I didn't really need. At Firestone I was estimated over $1,000 for all new brake pads, rotors, brake flush and an alignment, I go here and they say they're able to do it for a little over $600! I not only saved over $400, I got my car back on the road in just a few short hours. My 2008 Mustang now zooms down the road with only the purr of the engine

(August 12, 2019, 1:09 pm)Can't thank these guys enough for their help. We drove down from Canada and I was having issues with the car tracking straight. I arranged to have new ball joints mailed to the shop before I arrived and they took excellent care of my car while we spent the day enjoying Anaheim. My car is lowered and they have the right equipment to take care of it properly.
