The community and staff are amazing. Megan and Jojo have helped me from day one of visiting the property. They got me into a unit within days of my application and go the extra mile with questions or try help with any situations that come up. They truly care about their tenants and keep the community safe. This company is very lucky to have them and they represent the company to the fullest. I have never seen a management company have such great employees. I will always recommend staying here due to Megan and Jojo! Thank you so much

I have been living here for almost 4 months now and have been very very satisfied with the facilities here and especially the office staff. The young ladies that staff your office go above and beyond whatever they can do to help people, I know they have with me when I first moved in I probably showed up in that office many times and I was thinking that I was even being a little bit of a pest but they assured me that I could come in there any time and they would be happy to take care of any problems or questions that I might have. Keep up the good work girls #93 sure appreciate you.

We’ve had an amazing experience so far at Christopher Todd on Happy Valley! Both Melissa and Brian have been stand out stars from the beginning, going to every step necessary to give us a good experience. We had a couple hiccups initially, but Brian sorted them out immediately and he’s a great manager. We chose the sunset model and I cannot believe how much space and storage is in this unit! From cabinets, to closets and more they found a way to maximize every square inch of this apartment. I thought I would not have enough space since we moved from a large home, but I was able to store way more than I expected! It has high ceilings and doesn’t feel small at all. It feels spacious, light, and bright. Everything is brand new and we have a fenced in backyard with grass. The smart technology in the homes, combined with the apps make life very easy. Every unit comes with a ring doorbell and a smart home system for security, heating, cooling, gate entry and more. It’s also compatible with Alexa. The kitchen and master bedroom lights also work with Alexa. The gym is really nice and has spin machines! The pool lights up at night with color changing lights. It’s a really chill, laid-back vibe here, the community is great. There’s an app everyone uses to communicate and so far everyone is very nice here. We have to stay here for seven months while our home is being built, and they have a great option for canceling the lease if you’re in the same situation, which is why we chose this community. They also have garages here. We’re going to miss the pool and gym when we leave for sure!

I haven't moved there yet, but the outstanding customer service I have received says anything about the community and company, then you are missing out. Being in the customer service business myself, I appreciate getting what I give. The place to Live!

Part 2
I finally moved in a month ago and maybe with a few kinks here n there that have ironed themselves out, I can honestly say I Love It Here. Its a great place to live, awesome caring neighbors and great community.

Great school the staff is very Helpful. Judy is the best! They have great after school programs and the kids are always having fun and learning! The best elementary school in Anaheim for sure !

I went here for 5th and 6th grade when it opened up, its great, friendly, and I met a lot of good friends here.
