(September 17, 2021, 9:54 pm)With the exception of faxing orders for my blood tests, ( could have been an error on the lab's part) everything went well. Friendly and fast greetings, only a short wait to be seen by the Dr, and my doctor clearly explained my test results to me.

(November 26, 2012, 6:55 pm)I have had nothing but positive experiences as a patient at The Oncology Institute of Hope and Innovation. Considering the size of their operation, you would expect the service to be more impersonal, but it isn't. Because they have so many locations in Southern California, it has been very convenient for me to head to whichever location is more convenient at the time to get my treatments and various appointments. The staff has been very courteous and attentive. Everything is run very efficiently. The nurses make my long chemo treatments very tolerable and I always leave my appointments feeling like I am in good hands.
