  Gary Koch was knowledgeable, informative, and accommodating. He kept in touch throughout the week while we waited for an insurance settlement. He had the car waiting for us when we arrived and efficiently showcased the product. I couldn't ask for a better car-buying experience! Thank you Gary and thank you Hardin!

  Kyle is the BEST salesperson I have ever worked with! Throughout my entire process he made it quick and easy. He was courteous and transparent and we worked almost everything out via text since I am VERY busy. Great service! Loving my new truck. Anyone who does not purchase here is CRAZY

  If 10 star was an option to rate my experience at Hardin Buick Dealership of Anaheim I gladly will. There are no words to express my gratitude for Gary Koch and Woody Rogers as the best salesmen team I have ever met! From start to finish they made the process of leasing a car and my experience with it as flawless and as less stressful as possible, and at the end Gary got me the car I want. Walking into Hardin Buick Dealership of Anaheim and meeting with Gary Koch and Woody Rogers was just my lucky day!
  
  Gary Koch and Woody Rogers were not only extremely professional and knowledgeable, but they were also very respectful, very kind and polite, and with a great sense of humor as a bonus. I’ve never seen nor have heard about such an exceptional outstanding customer service at a dealership! I highly recommend them.
  
  I’ve been leasing a car every 3 years for the last 12 years, and my experience has always been negative, disappointing, exhausting and draining. I’ve been bullied and disrespected at all previous dealerships I’ve gone to, and all salesmen at those dealerships were aggressive and ignorant, including their managers.
  
  To be honest, when I came to Hardin Buick dealership of Anaheim I was very skeptical and conscious. When I met with Gary Koch I was surprised and thrilled to find out how professional, respectful and kind he is.
  I couldn’t believe that such salesman exists.
  
  I would also like to mention that Gary went truly above and beyond to help me release my old lease to the dealership next door, and of course the salesman of that dealership made it as difficult as possible. But Garry kept his word, he was persistent and he followed through. I would like to give shout out to Gary’s manager Gordon Jackson who also stepped up and helped tremendously with that situation. Thank you!
  I believe that Hardin Buick dealership really cares about their customers and sets such a higher standard. And I hope that more people hear about how truly exceptional and amazing they are.
  
  I am not exaggerating, but if you need to lease or buy a car and you want to be treated with respect, professionalism and kindness, you need go to Hardin Buick in Anaheim and you need to ask for Gary Koch! He is brilliant and he did an outstanding job! He helped me with every step throughout this process and he got me the car I want. And I can’t say enough of how much I love my new Buick Encore!
  
  I am taking the time to write this review not only because I would like to express my pure gratitude and appreciation for Gary Koch, Woody Rogers, Gordon Jackson and Hardin Buick Dealership, but I also hope that this review will help someone else to get the car of their dreams and to have an amazing, positive and stress-free experience.

  My lease was up for my 2017 Buick Regal. Went to a plethora of other dealers to turn in it as well as pick up a new lease. Each dealer turned me away saying that they did not have any room to take my lease. I was finally able to turn in my lease but every dealer i went to was basically ignored while walking around or they could not give me a straight answer on essentially any question. Went to Hardin, and met (Woody) the Best Sales person I could ever find. Extremely knowledgeable on not only the product he was selling but was more then willing to try and get me the best deal i could get. Which he did. The transition from walking into the dealer to me leaving the dealer with a new vehicle was not a day long event. I walked in at eleven and left before lunch with a new lease completely satisfied. He went above and beyond to make sure he could help me. Speaking of, the other sales men there really friendly and helpful as well. Kyle and Gary. It was really nice to see a dealer working as a team. Will be back to buy again.
