“The team here at Pep Boys is THE BEST! I am so grateful for them. Today, I started to drive my Honda Civic and I heard a metal piece dragging from my car. I knew it wasn't safe to drive so I took it into the nearest auto shop which happened to be the Pep Boys on Lincoln in the Anaheim town square (store #1455). I didn't have an appointment and I wasn't sure what was wrong with it, but they welcomed me in and reassured me that they could resolve the issue. They were able to identify the problem and fix my car on the spot. I didn't wait long at all and I enjoyed the company of the sweet receptionist and the knowledgable manager who still engaged in conversation with me and another customer despite taking phone call after phone call. You don't always get that human interaction at auto shops, and I genuinely appreciate that as I work in the hospitality field. I cannot thank you guys enough! I would highly recommend Pep Boys in Anaheim! Excellent customer service and excellent work. What more can you ask for?! Check them out for yourself and you'll see what I'm talking about! “Humble family owned business. Everything I ordered was great. From the moment you walk in, to the tacos, to the oysters, to the Micheladas, they served you with a smile. Smiles everywhere as if it was a job requirement. And they have this nice get-together for their 2X1 Taco Tuesday. A friendly gathering of car enthusiast for what is called a Park n' Chill. They don't cause trouble nor do side shows like those ignorant people that I've seen on TV. It's strictly how It's pronounced. They are customers like I was. Honestly it's partially what caught my attention. A full Marisco house.”
