My daughter has been attending POP since she was 3 years old and she loves it. POP has an affordable preschool/childcare. All the teachers and staff are caring and loving. We love the small family community.
My son used to go to the Prince of Peace preschool He learned a lot. The teachers and the principal are very nice and friendly. My son also learned better behavior and good manners from this school. I really recommend this school.
Have had my son in school here for four years and couldn’t be happier. The staff and teachers are wonderful, and the kids are loved. The small class sizes allow great attention to each student to meet their academic needs, and we love that Biblical integration is in everything. Everyone is accessible and responsive and has the kids’ best interests at heart.
Prince of Peace is incredibly affordable and seeks to help out financially where they can, so don’t let the “private school” scare you in regard to cost. Yes, it is an expense and for probably every family a financial sacrifice, but it’s really an investment in your child—and in the present state of California and its school system, one you should strongly consider if you can.
In regard to the WiFi tower, out of respect for the families that expressed concern, the school had two official radiation readings taken on all parts of the campus—and the installation was clearly done in broad daylight, in front of the school. Despite another’s review that it was “snuck in” that’s simply untrue.
If you’re curious, check out the school. Talk to families. It’s a wonderful place for your kid to be!
We started coming to this church three years ago. We felt very welcomed and fell in love with the small town charm this church has to offer in a big city. We enjoy the church activities. We have enrolled our kids in the school and one has now moved on to high school, we chose to stay with private school over public for high school based on the Christian foundation and great education she received here at the school. Small class sizes, Christian learning and individual attention are priorities. They are not over serious and include the right balance of Fun and learning. Honestly wish we would have found them sooner. Gave 4 stars because I feel there is always room for growth everywhere. :)
The teachers are loving and the classrooms are clean. They recently installed a security lock door system in the wake of the CT school tragedy. There is good communication between teachers, administrators and parents. The preschool offers wonderful activities for the children and my child looks forward to going every day. The Preschool playground is behind the building, away from the street traffic and possible voyeur eyes. I feel as if my child is safe while at school and that is of paramount concern for me as a parent. I would recommend this preschool and Kindergarten to anyone!
