Lana, was able to find an alternative option and have it sent to the store for me to try on while she was on holiday. When I arrived, the sales team (Joanna) and her associate could tell I did not love the jacket -- maybe because I was moving back and forth trying to make it work. Luckily, their intuition paid off and they found an alternative style for me (which happened to be exactly what I wanted, but couldn't find)! I made the purchase immediately. I came back for a fitting a few weeks later with their tailor and also purchased a pair of shoes. The jacket was delivered via courier to my home today. The experience has been exceptional. I will definitely be back. Due to the great experience, I may have gone a bit crazy and purchased more Balmain than I had intended to this season. There is NO NEED to go overseas for a luxury experience. The sales team at this location is top notch. Thanks, Lana!”

“This is a nice place for party supplies and costumes. We had gone to another Halloween store and the store was almost empty, Target had zero adult costumes and this store still ended up having some costumes on short notice. The service was very quick. The line checking out was very fast they had 4 or 5 registers. It's a pretty small party city but still have a good selection of party items. Ended up buying an Americana men's Halloween costume and fedora. It was pretty reasonably priced too compared to the other Halloween shop Spirit Halloween.”

“Excellent service and open until midnight at this location. Which to be a wee off topic is unusual for an auto parts store to be open in a bedroom community where most everyone is in bed by 10. Meanwhile at another Auto Zone, about 15 miles away in an area that's high traffic, and up all night the store closes at 9. An example of wasted resources staffing a ghost town store and not staffing a store that would have people still coming in at 1am. Hey Auto Zone, did you get into business to loose money or make money. Don't just build stores, get to know the area you're putting the stores in, and adjust your hours of operation accordingly. Told you all it was a bit off topic. Go to this Auto Zone, after 9 pm, it's a fully stocked ghost town with by my count had 5 fully qualified associates standing around just waiting to serve you.”

Roxanne way out of her way to help me cash my check and even though she had issues finding me in the system she still tried until accomplished. Long story longer, the check wasn't able to get cashed, but at least I know that we need more people like her, to treat the customer how it's supposed to.
