“It's a really beautiful home, as specified nicely renovated, but I'm not impressed with the couple pool loungers which are plastic, and that's fine, but one is broken and the plastic is cracked from the UV rays right where you put your butt, so make sure you put a towel down first. Because the house accommodates 9 people, at least 4 loungers I think is necessary and a little better quality, also enough outside chairs to accommodate 9 people. The outdoor wicker patio set is gorgeous but only 4 chairs to the set with 2 plastic ones only making 6. There were a few minor issues like the satellite in the master bedroom kept cutting out, not enough towels for 9 people, the frying pans were just the smaller ones and worn out, the nonstick didn't work as great anymore. The beds were quite hard, for us at home all ours are good quality pillow tops so we would all wake up stiff. I just had a little better expectation of quality for the cost. All this being said, none of these items ruined the holiday by any means, the home is beautifully landscaped and well maintained weekly by people that are hired to do lawn maintenance and pool upkeep, and the pool was great as it was a warm week. The home is truly beautiful and the hosts were good at communicating, all in all it was a good experience and we would do it again. We rented it with another family, so we had 3 adults and 5 kids ranged from 4 to 16 yrs old. I hope this review helps.”

Very super professional, comfortable friendly, good conversation and the ATTENTION TO DETAIL!! Hany knew exactly what type of beard hair combination cut I wanted, with minimal explanation. I told them what was most important to me about my tires and I was given choices based on that trait, and after driving on those tires I can say that the recommended tire was well qualified for my needs. “This Hotel is FANTASTIC! Super clean, very friendly, valet parking for all, and incredible buffet breakfast included in our stay. I highly recommend the family suite with bunk beds. Our bathroom had a separate shower as well as a bathtub with an extra shower included. This cut down our getting ready time, since two people could shower simultaneously! The outdoor playing area includes a small putting green and half court for basketball. The pool area is nicer than the Disneyland hotels I’ve stayed at. Two large water slides, 2 splash pad areas (one for tiny little kids and one for bigger kids) a wading pool for the babies, a large pool for the big kids/adults, and a large hot tub. Not to mention the giant screen projected kids movies playing next to the wading pool. I will most definitely stay here again!”
