“Our 3 night stay was great. Hotel staff were all very attentive and friendly, even when busy. I have to say though, that Guillermo at the restaurant was fantastic, and is the reason I’m leaving a review (because I normally don’t)! We associated with Guillermo all three mornings of our stay, and he was very happy, kind and personable. He and the kitchen staff were very efficient and made sure we were happy and well taken care of. Made us feel like family. Rooms were clean and nice. We stayed on the 3rd floor overlooking the parking lot entry and could hear the freeway, but it wasn’t too bad, didn’t effect sleep. Overall, 5 stars. We will definitely stay here again.”
