  Got the Italian sub. It was a heavy sandwich but almost flavorless if not for the pesto sauce. At $12.99..hard to say it's really worth it compared to other places. I think even subway was better to be honest. Yeah, this place will pack your sandwich with a great deal of meat but that's not what makes a good sandwich in my opinion. Gotta have pepperoncini, other spices, etc to make a good italian sammy. It weighed 1 lb 6.8 ounces. Heavy yes, flavorful not too much

  This place is great, friendly people, nice service, amazing selection of not only beef! but a great spread of charcuterie and cheeses!

  I've been going here for years for various high quality meats and cheeses. They provide a great atmosphere, experience and have great excellent customer service.

  I've been coming here since they opened about 3 years ago in brea and all I can say is this the best butchery I have ever been to. All their meats are locally sourced and they even give you the name of the farm where they are raised . I care strongly about where they are raised and cared for. The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help every single time.
  
  They have a large selection of cheeses as well and you can try every single one before you buy. I travel a long way for this quality shop. They have a big beer selection as well as some specialty items like chimichurri and dry rubs. This place is 10/10! Not only is their beef but incredible but their chicken wings and chicken breast as well. I'm a returning customer many times over. The price is very reasonable for the quality you will get!

  I only came here for their sandwiches. They’re all really good. Their meats look really tantalizing too. I am just afraid to mess up cooking it. I love the store. It’s clean, beautiful. People here are really nice and friendly. They accept Apple Pay too. Just a pleasant place to be.
