The facility is modest and efficient - no gimmicky balloons, huge window displays, or numerous pushy salesmen, which meant to me Driveline didn't have ridiculous overhead to pay for and I was at the right place to get a good deal.
I researched the car online before showing up. The vehicle was exactly as advertised - great condition, correct mileage. No one wasted my time. We went straight for a test drive. After that, the price discussion took 15 minutes - zero pressure, everyone was very reasonable. All those stories you hear about the drama of drawn-out negotiations, pushy sales tactics, last-second additional fees at a typical car dealership - Driveline was exactly the opposite of that. I was in and out in less than an hour, happy with the car and the deal I got.
Nick and Shawn are quality guys. I dealt with both when I was there. If there is a dealership worthy of a 5-star review, this is the one.

As with all used cars, we 100% inspected the car and found a few errors (all in the lights - some were missing, blinkers were reversed, etc)...but they were extremely apologetic and fixed everything we found wrong with the car while we were there.
