I highly recommend this place for 2 reasons, the staff’s patience & thoroughness in recommending what is needed to a novice by way of appropriate medical equipment for both my parents & walking me through the otherwise stressful process and because mom asked me too! While at first reluctant, mom loves her modern JMed walker that was delivered to the house by staff with a demonstration. Thank you JMed.

When I wanted some medical supplies John went out of his way to accommodate my request and he was very polite and knowledgable and caring to his customers. I will recommend him to all my clients .

Service was amazing! Needed a commode for my grandmother and they were not only knowledgeable but very patient with me during this process. I was very also impressed with how attentive my rep was in explaining/ finding the right product.

This was my first time to visit J Med supply. I was in need of tightening brakes on my manual chair. Another vendor said I needed to be out of my wheelchair to fix. I took the chance at this location and their technician, Sisira, was able to fix my brakes within an hour at a reasonable price and I stayed in my wheelchair. I highly Recommend this company, they are professional, cordial and very accommodating
