Great service!!! Fast and Reliable. Had a machine break down. Manufacture said no other part could work with our machine and 3 months until they could get the replacement parts. Control Concepts had us up and running within a couple days.

Was in desperate need of a replacement DC drive. No one had one in stock and my production line was down. Control Concepts had a drive in stock, and arranged to have my old drive repaired so I now have a back up.
