Update as of 10/12/2020: Came on the weekend to service my Jeep. I usually go with whichever service specialist is available -I’ve never had a bad experience with the Service Dept. My latest visit was attended by Lou and was able to help me with my service requests. Lou is great, gives that cool uncle feel and acts professional and with a lot of respect. This dealership has set up a great dynamic team in that department. So long as they keep up the welcoming service, thorough explanations and respectful interaction, I’ll keep coming back.
